Product Features:

8. The back gauge adopts a ball screw and linear guide rail structure, driven by a servo motor, with accurate and reliable positioning.
9. Spherical ball support table, convenient for users to feed and shear.
10. The front support rod is equipped with a front positioning scale and a mechanical stop for positioning, which is suitable for different operating requirements of users.

 Frame


The frame is a welded steel plate frame structure with good rigidity.

There is a blade micro adjustment device on the workbench, which is convenient for adjusting the gap uniformity between the upper and lower blades.

The workbench is also equipped with a feeding table, which is easy to operate.

Ball Screw and Linear Guideway

Overturned traditional sliding friction and changed to rolling friction, with a friction coefficient of only about 1/50 of sliding friction, which can reduce driving torque, improve transmission efficiency, and ensure positioning accuracy.
