Frame
The frame is a welded steel plate frame structure with good rigidity.
There is a blade micro adjustment device on the workbench, which is convenient for adjusting the gap uniformity between the upper and lower blades.
The workbench is also equipped with a feeding table, which is easy to operate.
GSI CNC system
lt is equipped with standard GSI plate shearing machine dedicated CNC system, with high precision and easy to use
Ball Screw and Linear Guideway
Overturned traditional sliding friction and changed to rolling friction, with a friction coefficient of only about 1/50 of sliding friction, which can reduce driving torque, improve transmission efficiency, and ensure positioning accuracy.
Reliable Electro Cabinet
All electrical components are reliable and labeled accordingly;
All wires are marked with wire numbers by using PVC pipes.
