Double Servo Motors
Adopting dual servo motors and bidirectional gear pumps, the speed of the servo motor is controlled through a CNC system, and the hydraulic oil flow output from the oil pump is controlled to achieve synchronization and precise positioning of the two oil cylinders of the bending machine, resulting in faster downward speed and higher workpiece efficiency.
Product Structure
The frame is analyzed through finite element software to ensure the strength, rigidity, and safety of the machine.
It has a simple and beautiful appearance, with exquisite workmanship. The mechanical processing and assembly of components are all meticulously crafted.
The welding of the frame is the core process of bending machine manufacturing, and the welding seams of the frame are polished without welding slag and flow scars; Then undergo shot blasting treatment and spray anti rust primer.
Mechanical Deflection Compensation Device
This machine is equipped with compensating wedges and controlled by a CNC system to produce pre-crowning on the lower worktable, compensating for the deflection and deformation of the upper slide. This ensures that the angle variation of the workpiece is within the allowable tolerance range, guaranteeing high-quality bending accuracy.
Press Brake Toolings
Press Brake toolings are made of 42CrMo mold steel, with an overall hardness of 47 degrees, excellent quality, and durability.
The upper mold is installed on the slider and is fixed by a precision fast clamping device;
The lower die can be single V, double V or multi V, multi V the first mock examination with multiple slots, which is economical and practical;
Using single V and double V molds can make mold replacement convenient and fast, reduce labor intensity, and improve production efficiency.
Front Supportor bracket
Standard component installed on the front of the workbench.
It can be manually adjusted to the appropriate position according to the length of the workpiece, and can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions.
CNC system Delem DA-53T (Standard)
