High-Efficiency Bending 

The servo motor directly drives the cylinder to move the slider downward, offering fast response speed. The processing efficiency is approximately 1.5 times higher than traditional hydraulic press brakes, with a slider feed speed of 50mm/s, about twice that of traditional electro-hydraulic press brakes.


Energy Saving and Environmental Protection  

The motor input power is proportional to the load power. It consumes electricity during bending and almost none when stopped, saving 70% more energy compared to traditional electro-hydraulic press brakes. Additionally, no hydraulic oil is required, making it eco-friendly and energy-efficient.


All-Electric Cylinder   

The dedicated all-electric cylinder transmits bending force, utilizing heavy-duty ball screws and bearings for long service life. The sealed protection design ensures key components are shielded from dust.


Time and Effort Saving

The rotating system is simple, with no seal wear or risk of hydraulic oil leakage, reducing maintenance costs.
