Our high-performance servo motor saves over 30% energy, making it an eco-friendly choice. Plus, the supply oil on demand feature reduces overflow, effectively lowering oil temperature and extending the lifespan of hydraulic systems and components.

 

With our advanced electro-hydraulic servo system, you can enjoy fully closed-loop control of slider synchronization, ensuring a repetition accuracy of ± 0.01mm. We offer multiple CNC systems for you to choose from, giving you the flexibility to select the one that suits your requirements.

 

Our CNC system also controls the mechanical deflection compensation device, guaranteeing precise and reliable results. The back gauge is equipped with a high-performance servo motor and ball screw, while the upper slider features a wedge type deflection compensation mechanism.

 

Customization is key, and that's why we offer a choice between square multi V mould or dual V mould with the same core. Additionally, you have the option to include a linear guide for the front support frame, enhancing stability and accuracy.
