Hight Quality Press Tooling

-Press tooligs are made of 42CrMo mold steel,  with an overall hardness of 47 degrees, excellent quality, and durability;

-The upper mold is installed on the slider and is fixed by a precision fast clamping device.The lower die can be single V,double V or multi V.
 

Electric  Cabinet

-The electrical components mainly adopt the French SCHNEIDER brand, which meets international standards, is safe and reliable, and has strong anti-interference ability.

-Equipped with a movable foot switch control station, with emergency stop function for easy operation.

-The wiring of the electrical cabinet is reasonable and clear, easy to repair or troubleshoot, and has good heat dissipation effect.
 

Main Servo Motor

-Low pressure leakage during standby and pressure maintaining, significant energy-saving effect, indirect reduction of carbon emissions, environment friendly and high efficiency;
