Fully Welded Steel Plate Structure

Fast Clamp
- Fast clamp is installed to facilitate the replacement of press tool; Fast intermediate loading and unloading function to improve work efficiency.
- Can install upper mold without fast clamp (optional)
Motor-driven Back Gauge
- Large lead high-precision ball screw, servo motor driven quickly;
- Fast speed and high positioning accuracy: multi-stage gear design, expanding the positioning range;
Three Hydro-cylinder Structure
- GSI has a unique three cylinder structure with built-in deflection compensation function.
-The main oil cylinder sealing ring adopts the original sealing ring from Taiwan Ding Zing, which has superior sealing performance, reliable operation, and long service life.
