Delem DA-53T Control System (Standard)
The new generation DA53T series is based on the Delem touch user interface, providing the most convenient CNC programming. The all-new DA-53T is a new member of this series, providing a perfect full touch control solution for electro-hydraulic bending machines. Panel type is the basic installation method, which can control up to 4 axes and can choose the suspension type installation method. Equipped with a 10.1 "high-resolution TFT color wide body display screen, integrated with an industrial grade multi touch screen, it provides easy access to the Delem user interface. You can use shortcut keys to quickly switch between programming and processing interfaces. The overall design is optimized based on ergonomic principles, making the operation more convenient and user-friendly. The quick and convenient "programming directly to production" process greatly reduces the time for machine tool adjustment and trial folding.

PUNCH AND DIE
 

-Press tooligs are made of 42CrMo mold steel,  with an overall hardness of 47 degrees, excellent quality, and durability.

-The upper mold is installed on the slider and is fixed by a precision fast clamping device.The lower die can be single V,double V or multi V.

OIL PUMP
 

The oil pump adopts German ECKERLE or Voith high-performance internal gear pump, with high volumetric efficiency, small flow and pressure fluctuation, low noise, light weight, wide viscosity range and good oil absorption characteristics.
